Policies

  • The print you buy is intended for personal use only. For any other use, like publishing, please contact Moment Agency.

  • Delivery might take a while, normally 2-3 weeks. Please note that orders may take longer to deliver to certain countries due to rules and regulations associated with local post offices. If you´re in a rush, please get in touch before you submit your order.

  • The smallest prints are tax free. The art tax (5%) is included for the larger prints.

  • All print sizes listed are the approximate paper sizes the images are printed on. Most prints have a white border. The width of the border varies. If you need to know the exact details regarding an image, please contact Moment Agency. 

  • All prints are signed, numbered and unframed.

  • All prints are Archival Pigment Prints, printed on fine art paper, unless other is specified.

  • Moment Agency personally handles all prints, packaging, and shipping to ensure the highest quality experience. Due to the nature of limited edition prints we cannot accept refunds. If goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact Moment Agency.
